Piggybacking on the public course “hack” with the newsletter archive idea, you could also use Teachery to create a Help Center public course to cut down on customer service emails.

Turn lessons into groups of FAQs where you answer questions about a specific product or service.

Paying for a help center software can get pricey, so this idea is a great way to avoid paying for an extra service. It also gives your customers a really lovely branded experience to get their questions answered.

Bonus points if you want to use your own live help chat inside a Teachery course! All you have to do is add one line of code from any chat platform and it'll work like a charm!
